Product Care Instructions
- After use wipe the bag clean and dry. Store with a desiccant in a well ventilated place to avoid moisture, damp, forming of mould and rusting of metal parts.
- Avoid placing the bag near heat, under pressure and direct sunlight.
- If the bag becomes damp; blot with a soft dry cloth, allow to air, dry and store with desiccant. Please keep away from your clothes to prevent colour transfer
- Spot cleaning by blotting or removing with soft rubber is recommended. For greasy dirt, blot by using a clean damp cloth with neutral, mild detergent. Testing on an unexposed area is recommended. Do not use Benzene, Thinner or any other Solvent.
- The dyes of bags made with fabric and leather may come off when friction occurs, avoid wearing light coloured garments when using a dark coloured fabric and leather combination bag.
- If the bag has magnetic parts, keep away anything attached with magnetic tapes.
- Do not rub against hard or rough objects to avoid scratches and/or scuff marks. Avoid overloading.
- The coating of metal parts may come off after long time use or upon impact, regularly clean the metal parts with clean, dry cloth to prevent rusting.
- Threads of fabric bags may get caught and come lose. Do not wash fabric bags.
- Bags with suede leather MUST NOT come in contact with liquid.
- Subject to terms and conditions contained here, you may send your product back for routine after sales cleaning within the first 3 months of purchase.
Transactions concluded through our website
If you are a consumer, you may make purchases of products and services on this Website for personal, domestic and non-commercial purposes. Contracts for the supply of goods or services made using our Website are on our terms of sale.

From time to time, we may invite you to register with us for an exclusive opportunity to place an order for goods from us prior to those goods becoming generally available from our Website or in-store.

Delivery
We will be responsible for the goods until they have been sent by courier or other means of delivery previously agreed upon. The goods will be at your own risk from this time, but you will not own the goods until we have received full payment of all sums due in respect of the goods, including any delivery charges, and the goods have been delivered to you or have been collected by you.
Guarantee
We promise that any goods purchased from us through the Website will, on delivery or collection and for the following 12 months, correspond in all material ways with their description, be of satisfactory quality and be reasonably fit for all purposes for which those goods are commonly supplied.

If, once you have received or collected the goods, you decide you would like to return them to us, you may do so 7 days after you have received or collected the goods.
You have a legal obligation to keep the goods in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you have returned the goods to us or we collect the goods from you. You cannot return the goods where the goods have been tampered with or used unless the goods are faulty or not as described. Liability
If we breach the our obligations, we shall only be liable for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such a breach. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the material time.

This section deals with conditions relating to the Leatherwork classes offered by Gidan Nodza
Registration & Confirmations
Registrations made via our website, email, telephone, in person or post are deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions by all parties including course attendees. When you apply to join a Class from gidannodza.net, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your application and instruct you on how to proceed with registration and payment of your fees.
All registrations and purchases will be considered pending until funds have cleared.
A Confirmation & Classes Contract will be emailed within a few days of registration completion.
Payment for Classes
Applications are made at gidannodza.com. Payments shall be made via direct funds transfer using details to be provided upon acceptance of your application.
Prices, Dates and Times
These are correct at time of going to press but may be subject to change without notice.
Cancellations and Refund policy
If a student cancels a classes within 3 days of booking, they will receive a full refund. This refund will be issued using the same method of the original payment.
If a student cancels their class place prior to 2 months of the classes start date they will receive a refund minus a 10% administration charge. This refund will be issued using the same method of the original payment.
Cancellations received less than 2 months from the classes start date may receive a partial refund, at the discretion of Gidan Nodza, provided that the class place can be filled by another student. If the class place cannot be filled then no refund will be issued.
Any refunds will be issued using the same method of the original payment.
If a class needs to be cancelled by Gidan Nodza for whatever reason, students will be offered an alternative date.
Please note that Gidan Nodza cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the student for travel, accommodation or any other service. No compensation will be paid and class attendees are strongly advised to seek their own insurance.
Student Conduct
Gidan Nodza reserves the right to refuse to accept individuals who have not conducted themselves with a reasonable standard of awareness and respect to the teacher and fellow students.
Images
Gidan Nodza may document any classes by taking photos or videos. All the images taken by Gidan Nodza during class may be used for marketing purposes.
